(11) Measurements Taken for Safe Management of Retailed Personal Data

In order to handle personal information strictly, Company has established regulations regarding personal information based on a personal information protection policy that complies with JIS Q 15001, and operates a personal information protection management system.
To ensure the proper handling of personal information, we have implemented safety control measures from four perspectives: organizational, personnel, physical, and technical.

・Organizational measures: We are taking necessary measures to understand status of handling personal data and to review safety management measures such as establishing an organizational structure, operating in accordance with rules regarding the handling of personal data, developing means to confirm the status of handling of personal data, establishing a system to respond to incidents such as leaks, etc.
・Personnel measures: Conduct personal information protection training once a year for all employees. Obtain non-disclosure agreement documents containing personal information when joining and leaving the company.
・Physical measures: Employees entering and leaving the office are managed using an "Employee Entrance/Exit Record Sheet" and for visitors to the office, after their identity and reason for visit are confirmed at the entrance, information such as the date, company name, name, and time of entry are kept in a "Visitor Log Book". We take necessary measures to delete personal data and dispose of equipment, electronic media, etc., such as managing the areas where personal data is handled, enact the prevention of theft or equipment and electronic media and of leakage when carrying electronic media.
・Technical measures: The personal information protection manager will manage the issuance, update, and disposal of IDs that contain access rights, and immediately delete the access rights of users who no longer require access to personal information.
